Terms & Conditions for using the Partner Life Time Value and MDF Calculators
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Partner Life Time Value Calculator or the MDF (“Calculator”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this Calculator.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect damages

  • Reliance on reports, recommendations, or analytics generated by the Calculator

Use of this Calculator is entirely at your own risk.

4. No Warranty

The Calculators are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Calculators will be error-free

  • Calculations will always be accurate

  • The platform will always be available

  • Results will meet your expectations

  • Uploaded spreadsheets are free from formatting issues or user-generated errors

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all uploaded spreadsheet data is accurate and lawful

  • Maintaining backups of your files

  • Reviewing all outputs before use

  • Ensuring compliance with your own business, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements

You acknowledge that spreadsheet quality, formatting, assumptions, and entered values may materially affect outputs and recommendations.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We take data privacy seriously.

All uploaded spreadsheet data is treated as private and confidential.

The Calculators are designed so that:

  • Uploaded files are processed temporarily only

  • No spreadsheet data is permanently stored

  • Uploaded files are automatically purged from the system after processing

  • Reports and generated outputs are deleted after completion or session expiry

  • We do not retain customer financial data, partner information, or uploaded workbook contents

While reasonable security measures are implemented, users acknowledge that no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid uploading:

  • Sensitive personal information

  • Government identifiers

  • Banking credentials

  • Passwords

  • Highly confidential regulated data

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the Calculators

  • Reliance on generated outputs

  • Spreadsheet upload issues

  • Data formatting errors

  • Financial modelling assumptions

  • Third-party integrations

  • Downtime or technical interruptions

Our total liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the Calculators.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, calculations, interface designs, workflows, reports, and platform components remain the intellectual property of the Calculators owner unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Resell the Calculators

  • Copy the platform architecture

  • Redistribute proprietary reports or source code without permission

9. Third-Party Services

The Calculators may integrate with third-party technologies, hosting providers, analytics tools, or embedded website platforms including Wix Anthropic and Replit

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • Platform limitations

  • Hosting interruptions

  • External software issues

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions

  • Update functionality

  • Remove features

  • Suspend or discontinue the Calculators at any time without notice

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Australia and all it's territories.
